Perishable & Custom Items

Because many of our products include perishable goods, seasonal items, or custom-made arrangements, these orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. We ensure every basket is assembled with quality and freshness in mind, and we cannot accept returns once items have left our facility.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your gift basket arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly review the issue and offer a replacement or store credit when appropriate. To help us resolve the matter quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the item(s) and packaging

Digital Products (eCookBook & Gift Cards)

  • Digital gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded once delivered.

  • eCookBook purchases are non-refundable due to the instant‑access nature of digital downloads.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not yet entered the preparation or shipping process. Please email us immediately if you need assistance with a cancellation.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or unsuccessful delivery attempts. However, we will always do our best to support you in resolving delivery concerns.
